Basic TRX suspension course

TRX FTC
A course on the use of various functional equipment in the training process
In brief: In this course, you will learn how to use TRX functional and TRX RIP training exercises in group sessions, integrating a variety of fitness equipment and accessories such as kettlebells, medicine balls, wight ropes, weight bags, resistance rubbers, and more.
Intended for: functional training specialists, personal trainers, group instructors, fitness club managers.
- Based on the knowledge gained in the TRX STC course, you will continue to develop your coaching skills at a higher level by learning to organize classes in a variety of formats.

Intended for: Personal trainers, fitness club managers, group class instructors, fitness enthusiasts and professionals
- Building on the knowledge gained in the TRX STC course, you will continue to develop your coaching skills at a higher level by learning and learning how to organize group classes in different formats
- Do an intensive and practical group training according to the attached materials
- You will learn two developed training formats:
- TRX Strong: strength training
- TRX Fit: High Intensity Interval Training
- You will get recommendations on how to adapt training formats to your driving style
- You will learn the skills to quickly correct the group's most common mistakes

TRX for YOGA
Basic yoga course for work with TRX suspension system
In brief: TRX for YOGA is our newest training course.
This training will provide the basic knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively incorporate TRX into stretching, mobility, and yoga classes. Strength yoga-inspired movements and poses on the TRX suspension system, mobility development and stretching exercises - all these await you in this course.
Training objectives:
- Learn basic TRX movements and instructions to learn proper execution technique for each TRX yoga pose and mobility development
- Understand the benefits of using the TRX suspension system in stretching classes
- Be able to incorporate TRX yoga, stretching and mobility exercises and exercise complexes into your training program.
- In addition to yoga and mobility development content, participants will learn introductory information about the TRX suspension system, basic movements and correct use of the suspension system.

Intended for: Functional Training Specialists, Certified Personal Trainers, Group Instructors
- You will learn the methodology of how to correctly install and safely use the RIP TRAINER in different environments
- 8 hours of intensive, practical training
- You will learn the methodology for effective and safe use of exercises, adapting to all levels of fitness
- You will gain knowledge on how to explain to clients the benefits of working with RIP TRAINER
